The pursuit for a healthier life and the desire to live in contact with nature in a place with ample green and open space is increasingly valued. There is still a strong tendency to take a piece of green to the urban environment to promote health and well-being in people’s routine, preserving the natural aspect and encouraging contact with nature. Therefore, sustainable buildings with vertical gardens are gaining more and more space in the real estate market.
Innovative ideas and solutions began to integrate environmental and urban projects, contributing to the implementation of large green areas, vertical gardens and green roofs. Vertical gardens are a trend in sustainable developments, they can be integrated into balcony areas, and the garden apartments appear as an alternative to terrace areas.
With the development of specific landscaping projects these spaces have become the most coveted of developments. Vertical gardens humanize the buildings, bringing beauty to them and providing more balance to the environment.
